With this unique facility, clients can access materials quickly, eliminate repeated supply-boat trips, and speed rig operations to reduce the total time required to complete the project. Onshore/Offshore Platform Design Fabrication & Installation

Biddyosa Oil & Gas Limited offers turnkey service for the design, fabrication and installation of offshore platforms. Engineering, Procurement, Installation and Commissioning (EPIC) of a production Biddyosa Oil & Gas Limited innovations contributed substantially to meeting budgetary, logistical and scheduling concerns: First, our tripod design required less material and time to construct than a traditional four-legged structure. Second, all three platforms were locally fabricated onshore and then wet-towed to location for installation. The end result was the overall successful completion of the project.

Stingray is capable in handling offshore pipelines up to 60 inches in water depths up to 100 meters. Our working methods are suitable for the pulling and installation of pipelines from the shore (bottom pull), pulling works to the shore and offshore installation (pipe lay) and the installation of pipelines from an offshore vessel (float and sink). The barge is also suitable for buoy and manifold installation, hook-up, commissioning, piling and midline tie-ins.

Dredging, trenching and backfilling

Our roots as a dredging company give us a leading edge when it comes to the application of dredging techniques in the oil and gas industry. For offshore pipelines, platforms or subsea installations, we are specialised in seabed intervention, benefiting from a large fleet of trailing suction hopper dredgers that can reach water depths of more than 100 metres. These vessels are also suitable to be equipped with specialist tools such as Mass Flow Excavation devices or ripper heads, designed for creating trenches in hard soils. Besides our hoppers, we have a wide range of cutter suction dredgers, backhoe dredgers and auxiliary equipment, which enables us to provide the most effective combination of excavation and backfilling methods. Our PSVs are capable of working in deep water conditions and serves various types of drilling rigs and platforms, including drill ships, fixed platforms, Floating Production Storage and Offloading (“FPSO”) and semi-submersible rigs. Our PSV is equipped with a Dynamic Positioning (“DP”) Class 2 system, enabling it to accurately manoeuvre and operate in adverse weather conditions. The Company’s main activities include: 1 Provide logistics solutions for its customers, such as transportation of equipment, materials and production inputs for drilling rigs and oil vessels; 2 Perform operations such as anchor handling and tugging of oil platforms and supplies, fire fighting, offloading support, OT operations (ocean terminals; 3 Response to oil spills, with the launching of barriers and other combat alternatives, in addition to the collection and transportation of spilled oil; 4 Maintenance, inspection, and repair of subsea facilities and systems, in addition to supporting the stabilization of subsea equipment with the use of cranes, among others; 5 Provide solutions for Integrated Logistics, which includes the Management and Operation of the entire supply chain for the maritime units, integrating offshore logistics, onshore storage and land transportation of cargo and supplies.

Vessels and Storage Tank Cleaning

BiddyOsa Oil & Gas Services Ltd has the capacity to clean offshore and onshore vessel tanks using specialized automated tank cleaning equipments and trained personnel.

We Clean any Type of Storage Tank or Containment

Regardless of what your tank contains, our specialists are trained to handle all types of materials from corrosive liquids to highly flammable liquids and solids. BiddyOsa Oil & Gas Services works in all types of environments including above ground storage tanks (AST), underground storage tanks (UST), sumps, separators and pressurized vessels. 1.) BiddyOsa Oil & Gas Services provides mobile automatic tank cleaning unit for offshore rigs as well as semi-automatic impact tank cleaning system for supply boats and production storage tanks, both of which operate with limited confined space entries. 2.) Gas testing is done to determine the oxygen, carbon-dioxide levels, sulphur and other chemical contents inside tanks. 3.) Gas expulsion is also done throughout the operation using air compressor/ blowers.. 4.) Fluid / vacuum pumping is carried out to ensure total removal of waste without handling or exposure by personnel and physical entry into the tanks. 5.) Pressure washing is also done using high-pressure water jet. 6.) Tank wiping is carried out only if the tank is satisfied Okay for entry, this can only be allowed when personnel have the necessary Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA).

Platform supply vessel (PSV) tank cleaning

For situations where Eclipse isn't appropriate, conventional methods of tank cleaning are available. Our tank cleaning division has conducted over 10,000 cleans and our specialist team are fully trained in confined-space entry.
